Location: Contiguous US (Hybrid or On-Site) (Within proximity of a major airport)

What you will be doing:

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to oversee and coordinate cross-functional efforts between ASSA ABLOY and the Prefabricated & Demountable construction industry. This role is critical in ensuring smooth execution, addressing issues proactively, and aligning team efforts to meet product/project deliverables, quality standards, and client expectations.

The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator and problem-solver, with a proven ability to manage multiple trades and stakeholders in fast-paced environments.

Key areas you will contribute to the role include:

  • Collaborating with the pre-fabricated/demountable market to integrate ASSA ABLOY solutions into their systems.
  • Creating tools and resources that will facilitate ease of doing business with all ASSA ABLOY brands for the manufacturers and dealers in this channel.
  • Working closely with our Door Security Solutions Sales team to identify, track and close project opportunities in the new construction market.
  • Coordinate across internal teams (design, engineering and production,) to ensure our product portfolio integrates with the demountable/pre-fab manufacturer’s systems.
  • Work with our internal marketing teams to create deliverables that can be pushed out to the channel via social media, search engine optimization, email marketing, content marketing (blogs, podcasts), networking events, paid advertising, and public relations (PR).
  • Track all of the progress and maintain accurate reporting through the Salesforce CRM.
  • Provide status updates to leadership and escalate issues as needed.

  • Ability to travel as needed (estimated 0% - 20%).
  • Ability to travel to partner or project sites as required.
  • Ability to perform responsibilities both in a home office environment or while traveling.


Education and/or experience:

  • Experience working in construction environments, ideally with exposure to glass and prefab systems.
  • 3 – 5+ years of experience in construction project management or coordination (glass, aluminum, prefab, or similar highly preferred).
  • Working knowledge of construction drawings, specs, and sequencing.
  • Proven track record of meeting project objectives on time and on budget.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering fields); relevant experience also considered.
  • Utilization and maintenance of CRM tools and other industry-related software preferred.

ASSA ABLOY offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, including discretionary bonus, a 401(k) plan, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, education assistance, and an environment that reflects our commitment to our employees. Further benefits include paid time off for thirteen holidays and ten vacation days. The wage range for this role is $100K - $110K and considers a broad scope of factors that are considered when making compensation decisions. Pay within each range is based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, to primary work job-related knowledge, skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications, business requirements, geographic location and other business and organizational needs. This salary range is a reasonable estimate for this position at the time of posting. ASSA ABLOY conducts regular review of compensation ranges and therefore reserves the right to alter this range at any given time.
