Pricing Manager - Stockholm

We are currently looking for a Pricing Manager for Senior Care business within ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing pricing strategies that optimize revenue and profitability for our Senior Care business. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Operations, to ensure pricing decisions align with overall business objectives.

 

What you will be doing

  • Price target setting, using appropriate tools and methods.
  • Help build competence and knowledge on pricing areas within the business area.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, product-, and IT management groups to develop pricing structures and tools.
  • Own price tracking capabilities, producing reports on price performance as required. Present and discuss the performance in business area level discussions. Enhance process when required.
  • Own the annual price increase process, setting clear ownership of roles and responsibilities, along with timeline, for an annual price increase cycle.
  • Act as business owner from a pricing standpoint for all systems and tools (for example ERP, CRM, BI), representing the business area.
  • Make sure documented price governance processes exist across all sales channels; refine as needed.
  • Drive price activities to optimize prices in the product dimension to optimize revenue and profitability, both for new launches and for existing product portfolio
  • Own and manage the customer dimension of pricing - discount and rebate structures - to optimize revenue and maximize profitability. Continuously monitor success rate and refine as needed.
  • Base NPI (New Product Introduction) decisions on factual and realistic revenue assumptions and let price and positioning considerations guide the product specification to capture the full value of our products and services through price.
  • Participate in Global Solutions pricing council as needed, representing the business area, and other pricing and commercial forums as requested.
  • Assure compliance with local and corporate governance policies, regulations, and laws. 
  • Support in the set-up of Transfer price structure

 

Qualification

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in pricing, finance, or a related field.
  • Experience in the Senior Care industry or a related field is highly preferred with exposure to from project business and public tender quoting.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in pricing analytics, financial modeling, and data analysis
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong ability to effectively communicate in English language, both verbally and in writing.
