As part of the ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems divisions, Business Segment Pedestrian is specialized in delivery and installation of Sliding, Swinger and Revolving Doors, along with our new Security Entrances. Our extensive product portfolio comprises a full range of solutions for your entrances and openings, it also includes the services to keep them efficient. Created to match customer needs, our products ensure the efficient flow of both people and goods.

 

We are now looking for skilled individuals with strong knowledge in the sales of Pedestrian products and/or services. Offering a long-term perspective within the global leader in door opening solutions, you will be part of a fast-growing international company with opportunities for professional development in ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems

 

What you would do as our Service Manager
 

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Service manager to join our team, specializing in managing the service department for automatic pedestrian doors. In this role, you will be the driving force behind the Selling and developing the service department.

 

You would also:
 

  • Develop the Service department
  • Manage the sales and operations of the Service Department
  • develop and implement service strategies to meet customers' needs and improve service quality
  • Monitor service metrics, analyse customer feedback and address any gaps or areas for improvement
  • Develop a customer base with recurring revenues
  • Customize a training program for Service Technicians
  • Automate the service sales cycle

 

The skills and experience you need 

 

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.

- Proven experience in service sales and marketing in engineering products and services.

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

- Technical proficiency and the ability to convey complex product information effectively.

- Track record of achieving sales and specification targets.

- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
