As the Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in developing and implementing the marketing strategy for the segment’s portfolio within the EMEIA division. Your role will focus on developing overarching branding and messaging to successfully position the ASSA ABLOY Door Business Segment, addressing diverse target audiences, and strengthen awareness and thought leadership across EMEIA.

 

You will work closely with international commercial teams, product specialists, and product entity marketing teams to ensure consistent positioning across all channels, while planning, developing, and rolling out impactful campaigns that support our commercial objectives.

 

Key responsibilities

 

  • Develop and lead the overarching marketing strategy for the business segment, ensuring all activities contribute to business growth and enhance ASSA ABLOY's market positioning, brand voice, and thought leadership ambitions
  • Own the annual marketing communications plan, including budget definition, content direction and agency management
  • Ensure product entity marketing teams across the Door Business Segment deliver unified messaging and compelling campaigns, considering individual market needs, and share best practice
  • Drive and guide teams in developing value-based content and impactful campaigns—covering product launches, channel partners, verticals, and key topics—across various communication platforms, both face-to-face and digital
  • Steer the digital-first strategy and optimize online and social media presence to enhance visibility, customer engagement, and lead generation
  • Track marketing performance against defined KPIs, ensuring regular reporting and continuous optimization
  • Drive the PR strategy, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and maximizing visibility across relevant media and stakeholder channels
  • Monitor market trends and insights to advise strategic direction and messaging
  • Collaborate with internal communications team to raise awareness and engagement

 

What you bring to the role

 

  • Minimum 10 years of experience, ideally in international B2B environments or with a marketing agency
  • Proven expertise in B2B marketing for technical products and solutions - ideally within the building or construction industry—with a strong track record in lead generation
  • Strategic and persuasive thinker with the ability to translate high-level concepts into actionable plans, ensuring precision in execution, budgeting, and process management
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest marketing trends, tools, and technologies
  • Proactive, deadline-driven, and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong planning and project management capabilities, complemented by excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Master’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Fluency in additional European languages is a plus
