What you would do as our ERP Implementation Project Manager EMEIA
The job holder will be responsible to lead the implementation of the EMEIA ERP across all entities in EMEIA Division from an EMEIA IT Perspective.

You would also:
• Define the project scope in conjunction with the Regions and EMEIA BPO´s and be responsible for the Project overall planning, customer communication, reporting via PPM and getting needed decisions from the Steering Group.
• Manage the successful implementations by ensuring delivery of EMEIA IT deliverables and supporting the region for the overall project.
• Communicate with the Agile Delivery Teams to get agreement, on delivery times, costs and overall project plan.
• Organize and manage the EMEIA IT Steering committee meetings.
• Be responsible for the prioritization of the Project deliverables, timelines, milestones and dependencies in alignment with the Programme Manager.

 

The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who:
• Is educated to degree level with at least 10 years of project/programme management or operations experience in a multinational corporation and has ability to analyze business requirements and design solutions in line with the EMEIA Template.
• Has proven track record of success in ERP implementations and in particular Microsoft Dynamics although any leading edge ERP solution will be considered (SAP, Oracle) and Excellent leadership skills and the ability to ensure that project deadlines are met in a complex environment.
• Has ‘Can-do’ attitude with excellent communication and influencing skills and the ability to project manage in an environment where many of the resources involved do not report directly to the job holder.
• Has strong experience of working in a high impact, business transformation project where leadership skills have been developed and Project Management skills have been proven and has strong operational experience within ASSA ABLOY or in an industrial company and with a background in an operations line management role would be an advantage.
• Has understanding of EMEIA Programme Governance and is familiar with MS Project, MS Sharepoint and other MS Technologies, has excellent presentation skills.
