What you would do as our ERP Project Manager EMEIA 

 

As an ERP Project Manager you will join the EMEIA ERP Program, collaborating closely with regional and divisional stakeholders, will play a vital role in managing the ERP Roll out Projects to successfully deliver and implement the end solution. You will lead and be supported by an immediate team of dedicated resources to manage the ERP Roll outs of EMEIA ERP.  We are able to offer some location flexibility across the EMEIA region, though the successful candidate will preferably be based within Europe. 

 

You would also:

  • Do project definition according to Project Governance 
  • Ensure internal and external resources are defined and obtained  
  • Identify and track project deliverables 
  • Communicate and coordinate the project plan, status and solution, as well as effective resource management  

 

You can expect occasional travel within this role in order to connect with colleagues across the EMEIA ERP Roll outs and enable effective ERP implementation. 

 

The skills and experience you need

 

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has  previous proofed 5-10 years experience in ERP Project Management (Dynamics 365, SAP, other), alongside Project Management certification such as Prince 2 or similar.
  • Is successful ERP Project Manager and understand underlying EMEIA Application Landscape, as well as comprehension of core business processes.
  • Has experience in change, test management is also highly sought after for this position. 
  • Has excellent communication and mediation skills. Since English is our corporate language, we expect you to have a high professional knowledge and be able to speak, read and write freely when interacting with your international colleagues. 
  • Has excellent planning, prioritisation and problem-solving skills and is prepared to coach, develop and manage the performance of others.
