Strategy Associate (Central Europe)

You will work directly with the Head of DAS Central Europe (DACH, BNL, EE) as a trusted partner, helping drive strategy, execution, and decision-making across the region.

What you’ll do

Turn complex inputs from multiple countries into clear actions and decisions
Work on real strategic topics (market growth, sales performance, portfolio rollout)
Support and drive execution of key initiatives across Central Europe
Work directly with senior stakeholders across sales, product, and operations
Bring structure to chaos and push things to completion
