What you would do as our Business Unit Manager Commercial Hardware Retail division
The Business Unit Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, growth, and profitability of the assigned business units. This role involves developing and executing strategies to meet organizational objectives, driving operational excellence, managing budgets, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products or services. The Business Unit Manager leads a team, oversees day-to-day operations, identifies market opportunities, and fosters strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure sustained business success.
You would also:
- Develop, implement, and oversee business strategies that align with the company's objectives and set and achieve growth and performance goals for the business unit.
- Develop and manage the business unit's budget, ensuring KPI targets are met and monitor financial performance, including revenue, profit margins, and expenses.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team within the business unit and set clear objectives, conduct quarterly performance reviews, and provide continuous feedback to staff.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share and revenue streams.
- Ensure that all operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who:
- Is educated to degree standard or equivalent in a business or technical discipline, MBA preferred with knowledge of industry.
- Has experience of leading a profitable and growing business and/or running a sales organization.
- Has proven experienced in sales management, channels development and experience in both strategic planning and execution.
- Has demonstrated improvement to a business in respect of market share, sales and profitability and own excellent leadership skills as well as business and financial acumen.
- Is fluent in both English and Czech (mother tongue).
The person must be willing to travel extensively in the domestic market and with occasional overseas visits, including Israel.
