What you would do as our Solutions & Quality Specialist

As a Solutions & Quality Specialist in Critical Infrastructure business unit, you have the exciting opportunity to work together with large organizations spanning from Energy, Water to Telecommunications and Oil to help them creating the workspace for the future through value-add access and safety, data intelligence, and generating a prosperous environment for both, their employees and their customers and suppliers. You will be working together with the CI support, product management and development teams to provide first class support to our internal and external customers. You will also plan, organize, and conduct product and solution related trainings.

 

You would also:

  • Be responsible for customer experience for internal and external customers.
  • Support Critical Infrastructure's product portfolio for distribution chain, end customers and Critical Infrastructure's employees.
  • Provide support and maintai data in the ticketing system.
  • Participate in product claims process.
  • Train the usage, maintenance and installation of products and related software for internal and external customers

 

The skills and experience you need

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience in working with access control products, customer service and/or quality is seen as an advantage.
  • Has minimum high school education, business or technical focus is an advantage.
  • Has ability to work independently, good communication and teamwork skills and also problem solving skills.
  • Is competent with Microsoft Office skills, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Is fluent in English and Czech, both written and spoken.
