Area Sales Representative

What you would do as our Area Sales Representative

Responsible for managing the day-to-day sales related operations of an assigned region, delivering expected sales results by ensuring execution of tasks and standards in coordination with the team and partners. Responsible for seeking out new business opportunities with all potential customers, ensuring the achievement of sales, productivity and profitability in the designated region. Providing procedural guidance to ensure that the team complies with policies and procedures, security, safety, and environmental codes and ordinances. 

 

You would also:

  • Identify key players on designated region and establish long term partnerships and develop proposal generation and presentation, deliver impactful and professional executive level presentations.
  • Deliver accurate monthly sales forecasts and timely manage reporting of results, strategic development and address management issues and also leads and directs the work activities and has full management responsibility for the performance and development of the team, in accordance with corporate strategic direction.
  • Work independently and keep open communication with customer to include communicating estimated problem resolution time.
  • Ensure strategic plan implementation is consistent with corporate goals, policies, quality assurance and growth objectives. 
  • Ensure customer satisfaction, quality and financial results are met.

 

The skills and experience you need

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has excellent communication, networking and negotiation skills and is self-motivated person.
  • Has minimum 2 years of experience in sales and proven experience generating sales and positioning of product brands.
  • Has strong communication and presentation skills both verbal and written, is fluent in written and oral English and Czech.
  • Has clean driving license B and is adapted on frequent domestic travel, travel up to 60%.
  • Is keen on carrying high responsibility and looking for successful realization of creative ideas and has demonstrated strong ability to drive aggressive sales processes and achieve targets.
