Product Manager - Electrical-Mechanical

 

About the Role

We are seeking a forward-thinking and technically skilled Solution Integrator & Engineer with deep domain expertise in hospitality technology and API embedded solutions. In this role, you will architect, design, and guide the delivery of integrated solutions that power seamless guest experiences, operational efficiency, and cutting-edge automation within the hospitality sector.

You will work closely with internal development teams, third-party vendors, and business stakeholders to design solutions that span PMS, POS, channel managers, booking engines, and AI systems—ensuring they align with business goals and deliver measurable impact. Youll be the technical force behind integrations, orchestrating systems and services across the full solution lifecycle, from concept to live production.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Architecture & Integration
    • Design and implement solutions that connect hospitality systems (PMS, POS) with booking engines, channel managers, and other ecosystem components.
    • Orchestrate seamless integrations using APIs, middleware, and internal tools.
    • When required to improve current API’s, suggestions on improvements and fixes for rewriting of existing APIs to meet evolving system needs.  Ensure the ability to monetize the API’s
  • AI Enablement & Tooling
    • Leverage AI tools such as chatbots, RPA, analytics platforms, and personalization engines to elevate guest experience and operational intelligence.
    • Identify AI-driven enhancements across the tech stack and lead their integration.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration
    • Partner with developers, vendors, and business stakeholders to co-create scalable solutions.
    • Translate business needs into technical requirements and deliver actionable blueprints and implementation documentation.
  • Delivery Ownership
    • Own solutions from ideation through to deployment and production, ensuring reliability, maintainability, and performance.
    • Use internal and existing resources efficiently to deliver projects on time and within scope.
    • Creating documentation needed for deployment and support.
  • Systems & Solutions Thinking
    • Apply a holistic view of system interactions and dependencies.
    • Proactively identify architectural risks and recommend improvements or modernization strategies.

 

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in hospitality technology—deep knowledge of PMS, POS, booking engines, and channel managers is essential.
  • Solid experience with AI/ML-driven solutions, especially in chatbots, RPA, personalization, and data analytics.
  • Strong understanding of solution intégrations, with a delivery-focused mindset.
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement, with the ability to translate complex technical details into clear business value.
  • Knowledge of API’s Jave/Jason of managing the modernizing existing APIs and systems architecture.
