As the JR Financial Analyst, you will be a highly valued business partner, working with business & financial analysis, business processes, collaborating on projects, and driving the business while also ensuring stable and compliant processes are met from a finance perspective. You will be working in a global organization that is dynamic and fast-paced, with many possibilities to make a difference and add value. As JR Financial Analyst, you will report to the Director of FP&A.

 

What you will do…

The JR Financial Analyst oversees all financial planning, analysis and reporting tasks related to the operating entity for Hospitality. The candidate will model, analyze, and communicate key metrics and drivers of the business with a clear ability to create insightful analysis. 

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Manage the Americas P&L, including detailed analysis of revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, and EBIT performance.
  • Deliver monthly management reporting with variance analysis versus forecast, budget, and prior periods.
  • Partner closely with the Director of FP&A on forecasting, profitability analysis, and strategic initiatives.
  • Lead weekly sales forecasting, quarterly outlooks, and the annual financial planning process.
  • Create dashboards and drive reporting for other Financial units: Accounts Receivable, Invoicing and, where required, acquired entities.
  • Develop and maintain advanced financial models to support scenario analysis and investment decisions.
  • Translate complex financial results into clear, decision-oriented insights for non-finance stakeholders.
  • Design and maintain dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Drive continuous improvement in forecasting, reporting, and performance management processes.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or commercial finance with P&L partnering.
  • Advanced Excel expertise (complex models, scenario analysis, large datasets) – Excel power users only.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, forecasting and KPIs.
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker, preferred.
  • ERP experience (SAP S/4HANA, HFM, or similar), preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; advanced degree a plus.

Salary: $50,000-$55,000 annually, depending on experience
