Your Role in Keeping the Future in Safe Hands:
As an Operations Specialist in Critical Infrastructure business unit, you have the exciting opportunity to work together with large organizations spanning from Energy, Water to Telecommunications and Oil customers to help them creating the workspace for the future through value-add access and safety, data intelligence, and generating a prosperous environment for both, their employees and their customers and suppliers.
What you will do:
- Manage supply chain operations and generate regular performance reports.
- Represent the business unit in supplier negotiations and order placements.
- Ensure accurate inventory levels to meet customer demand and align with business strategy.
- Analyze data to anticipate future needs.
- Oversee the timely receipt of materials and products, ensuring agreed quality and cost.
- Full organization and handling of international and domestic shipments

- Prepare and manage shipping and customs documentation.
- Recording and maintenance of master data in the ERP system
- Performance of other administrative duties related to the job
- Case-by-case reporting of job-related data, preparation of reports as required
- Production planning to ensure on-time deliveries
What we expect from you:
- Has at least 3 years of work experience and an academic background in Supply Chain or Logistics
- Is structured and confident when dealing with suppliers and stakeholders
- Is goal-oriented and capable of prioritizing
- Is a team player as well as self-propelled
- Proficient in MS Office packages
- The ability to solve complex tasks independently
- Familiarity with Inventory Management
- Experience in working with SAP S/4HANA is seen as an advantage.
- Manage Spanish and English. Written and spoken.
