ASSA ABLOY is looking for several Warehouse Team Members for our brand-new regional manufacturing facility or Service Center. This is an on-site role based in our new Phoenix, Arizona (Lower Buckeye) location scheduled to open in May 2025 … but we’re not waiting for the doors to open! We're actively building our team now to ensure a smooth launch and successful operations from day one.

What would you do as our Warehouse Team Member?

  • Assist with initial warehouse setup … including installing racking systems, organizing inventory zones, and helping define layout flow
  • Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with accuracy and care
  • Receive, sort, and stock incoming inventory
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
  • Perform cycle counts and inventory tasks accurately and timely.
  • Perform special assignments and projects as assigned.
  • Maintain a safe and harmonious working environment holding self and others accountable to OSHA and ASSA ABLOY standards.
  • Assure compliance with federal, state, local and corporate policies, regulations, AADG programs and policies and the ASSA ABLOY Code of Conduct

 

 

The Skills and Experience you need

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required. Additional certifications (e.g., forklift certification) are a plus.
  • Previous warehouse or distribution experience in a fast-paced environment highly preferred.
  • Dependable, reliable, and ready to work – you’re the kind of person others can count on
  • Good communication skills with the ability to read and speak English.
  • Comfortable with physical tasks: lifting up to 75 pounds, being on your feet, and staying active
  • Thrives in a team-oriented environment focused on achieving collective goals, together.
