Manager, Marketing

Location: Phoenix, AZ

ASSA ABLOY is a global leader in door opening solutions. Every day, we help billions of people move through a safer, more open world with ease. If you’ve ever walked through an automatic door, stayed in a hotel, or gone through passport control, you’ve probably used one of our products or services. ASSA ABLOY’s offerings include products and services related to locks, doors, gates, and entrance automation such as controlling access and confirming identities with keys, cards, tags, mobile and biometric identity verification systems, mechanical and digital locks, cylinders, security doors and automated entrances.

At ASSA ABLOY, we are committed to creating an environment where collaboration, innovation, and results come together. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Marketing Program Manager to join our team in Phoenix, AZ.

What you will be doing:

As the Marketing Program Manager, you will execute marketing programs that drive customer acquisition, engagement, pipeline growth, and revenue performance.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will coordinate revenue-focused marketing programs from planning through execution and measurement. You will work across internal teams, agencies, contractors, and other stakeholders to keep contributors aligned, manage competing priorities, and ensure deadlines, budgets, quality standards, and business objectives are met.

Your focus will be on program execution rather than marketing strategy, messaging, content development, or brand campaign creation. You will bring strong organizational skills and sound judgment, with the ability to create accountability and move work forward without direct authority.

You will be successful in this role if you have experience leading delivery or client programs in a fast-paced B2B agency, software, or SaaS environment. Your success will be measured by pipeline contribution, program ROI, on-time and on-budget delivery, consistent quality, and your ability to effectively manage multiple programs at once.

Key areas you will contribute to the role include:

  • Translate approved marketing strategies and business priorities into executable programs with clear milestones, owners, budgets, and success metrics.
  • Break programs into tactical workstreams and coordinate execution across contributors and functions.
  • Coordinate internal teams, contractors, agencies, and vendors to move programs from planning through launch and measurement.
  • Manage timelines, program budgets, dependencies, approvals, and risks; resolve execution issues independently and escalate decisions affecting strategy, priorities, or investment.
  • Review program deliverables against approved briefs, requirements, brand standards, and objectives; provide clear feedback and coordinate revisions before launch.
  • Measure program performance against established objectives, including pipeline contribution, ROI, engagement, and other relevant metrics, and coordinate adjustments to improve results.
  • Manage multiple concurrent programs with different goals, audiences, and stakeholders.
  • Build and improve repeatable processes that increase efficiency, visibility, and accountability as the marketing function scales.

What we are looking for:

  • You’re a proactive program leader who knows how to turn plans into action and keep work moving.
  • You’re highly organized and comfortable managing multiple programs, priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders at once.
  • You communicate clearly, follow through consistently, and know how to keep people aligned and accountable.
  • You’re comfortable working across internal teams, agencies, contractors, and vendors to get work done.
  • You have sound judgment and can resolve execution issues independently while knowing when to escalate decisions.
  • You’re detail-oriented without losing sight of the larger business objective.
  • You’re comfortable using data and performance metrics to understand what is working and where adjustments are needed.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced B2B environment and can adapt as priorities evolve.
  • You can work independently while building strong, collaborative relationships across teams.

Education and/or experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience leading complex marketing programs within a B2B SaaS, software, or recurring-revenue business, or leading delivery for B2B SaaS or software clients within a marketing agency.
  • Strong program management and cross-functional execution experience, including coordinating multiple stakeholders without direct reporting authority.
  • Demonstrated experience managing marketing initiatives tied to pipeline generation, customer acquisition, expansion, or retention goals.
  • Working fluency across SEO, AEO (answer engine optimization), paid media, email marketing, inbound marketing, and outbound marketing, with sufficient knowledge to direct and evaluate specialist work.
  • Familiarity with customer lifecycle marketing, product marketing, and demand generation.
  • Hands-on experience with an enterprise marketing platform, such as HubSpot or an equivalent platform, including campaign setup and segmentation.

If you are a results-driven marketing professional who excels at turning strategy into action, managing complex programs, and bringing teams together to deliver measurable results, we encourage you to apply. Join us at ASSA ABLOY and help drive marketing programs that contribute to customer growth, pipeline, and business success.
