The ASSA ABLOY Door Group is looking to add an Integrated Solutions Manager to manage the day-to-day operations for the RITE Door and RITE Slide integrated products. This will be an on-site role reporting directly to the Head of Specialized Openings, located in Pheonix, AZ.

What would you do as our Integrated Solutions Manager?
This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive manager who is both customer-centric and enjoys being a subject matter expert. As the Integrated Solutions Manager you will make a significant impact on the areas of Operations Management and Project Services.
Operations Management:
- Manage the flow of order writing and processing
- Direct orders to the proper manufacturing locations
- Collaborate with operations teams across multiple manufacturing locations
- Audit customer orders for accuracy and/or production issues
- Oversee procurement activities for customer orders
- Control production scheduling and backlogs
- Ensure On-Time Order Fill Rates & Shipping
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, elevated issues, or concerns
- Develop and implement SOP’s as needed to provide guidance and a culture of continuous improvement
- Support creation of technical materials, instruction sheets, and presentations
- Manage the P&L for Integrated Solutions
- Actively participate in providing a safe and harmonious working environment for all employees
- Comply and enforce compliance of all state and federal regulations, Company standards and the ASSA ABLOY Code of Conduct
Project Services:
- Ensure the timely processing of customer quotes, ensuring accuracy and pricing
- Drive Quote follow up process, evaluate hit rate and customer metrics
- Oversee and assist with Project Submittals & Drawings
- Provide Technical & Installation Support
- Perform other duties and special projects as required
The Skills and Experience you need:
- Bachelor’s degree or related experience/skills
- Minimum of 7 years of experience managing and accomplishing goals through your team
- Previous experience in the door and/or hardware is highly desired, experience in architecture, construction, building products or a related industry also considered
- Previous experience with customer management within a manufacturing / production environment would be a plus
- Proven track record of delivering an outstanding customer experience
- Demonstrated track record of being a self-starter and being resourceful
- Natural enthusiasm for problem-solving with meaningful solutions
- Exceptional skills in communicating to diverse technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to multitask and prioritize projects under tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and previous experience within an ERP environment
- Ability to travel throughout US, Canada, and Mexico 10-20% of the time
