Inside Sales Operations Associate
The Inside Sales Operations Associate works closely with internal teams and external partners to support the sales process from opportunity through closing the business. This role ensures product system clarity, accurate pricing, and smooth coordination of custom builds to deliver customer solutions efficiently and accurately. The position plays a critical role in aligning sales, operations, and product stakeholders to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily:
Customer & Sales Support
- Partner with internal teams to clarify product system requirements, product configurations, and application details for our customers
- Provide pricing support and coordination in alignment with sales strategies and approved guidelines
- Support the business development team by managing custom branding and private‑label requests from intake through fulfillment
- Serve as a trusted point of contact to help sales navigate custom complex power product and access control solutions
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Work alongside Sales, Product Management, Marketing, Technical Support, Customer Service, and Operations to setup and track special / custom product requests
- Coordinate internally to ensure accurate documentation, feasibility review, approvals, and timelines
- Support smooth handoffs between sales, operations, and customer service
Sales Operations & Administration
- Maintain accurate records related to quotes, custom requests, and customer communications
- Support internal processes that ensure pricing, and custom product solutions are properly documented and executed
- Contribute to continuous improvement of workflows, tools, and cross‑team communication
- Manage regulatory compliance requests by following internal processes
- Work with the sales team to process product demo requests to ensure timely ship dates
QUALIFICATIONS
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required for this position.
Education and/or Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales, internal sales, or sales support (B2B preferred)
- Experience supporting technical or engineered products strongly preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools; PowerBi is a plus, exposure to CRM or ERP systems is helpful
Computer Skills
- Computer skills in Microsoft Office.
Language Ability
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small groups.
- Ability to read, to write, to communicate, and understand the English language.

- Assist the organization with establishing practices that align with ISO requirements.
Other Skills
- Other duties, as required, such as communication with and travel to customers, suppliers, trade shows and training sites.
