Profile:
- Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) from a four-year college or university preferred but not required.
- One (1) to three (3) years of product management or customer care/technical support experience in a related technical field.
- Collaborative idea generator that leverages customer feedback, field reports, and sales feedback to identify new product ideas and process improvements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to convey complex ideas in an organized, well thought out, and understandable way.
- Tenacious, intuitive, intelligent, detail oriented, thoughtful, and innovative, both logically and creatively.
- Experienced presenter with proven training abilities.
- Foundational understanding of business and industry fundamentals — including sales channels, customer segments, product costing, gross margin, and product life cycles — with a desire to deepen that knowledge over time.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with individuals and cross-functional teams to deliver shared results.
