The Global Sales Operations Representative will be responsible for the processes and tools that enable our global business area to serve our customers, reports and leads.

Our Global Sales Operations team works collaboratively and across functions, including Sales, Technical Services, Customer Service, Finance, Marketing Communications, Product Marketing, e-business, IT and Executive Management to identify the business needs and ensure we can process our customers’ orders timely and efficiently.

A successful candidate has a passion for operational excellence and supporting sales growth, and possesses rigorous analytical skills, strong organizational and reporting skills, exceptional attention to detail and strong experience in how to make our sales tools more powerful, user friendly and effective for our sales teams.

As our Global Sales Operations Representative, you’ll support HID’s success by: 

• Supporting our sales team with any operational topic, ensuring all orders are processed appropriately and timely.
• Reviewing and providing sales performance KPIs, dashboards, and analysis, identifying opportunities to improve sales performance.
• Aligning with Sales Leaders on weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports covering sales revenue, forecast, backlog, and other key business‑relevant data.

• Leading and/or participating in meetings with cross‑functional teams to efficiently review, plan, and ensure timely shipment of sales orders, while working with key stakeholders to maintain compliant and complete business processes.
• Prioritizing and managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously to ensure all activities align with customer expectations and drive business performance.
• Managing incoming emails to the group inbox effectively and processing them in a timely, accurate manner.

• Acting as a bridge between marketing, product, and sales teams to maintain strong cross‑functional alignment.
• Analyzing sales metrics (KPIs), generating reports, and creating accurate revenue forecasts to guide leadership decision‑making.
• Developing standardized, scalable sales processes and best practices across global regions.
• Training sales staff on tools, onboarding new hires, and reducing administrative tasks to maximize time spent selling.
• Ensuring regional sales methodologies remain consistent with global strategies and that CRM data is properly standardized.

 

 

Your Experience and Background include:  

  • Bachelor’s degree or at least 4+ years of Sales Operations experience
  • 2+ years business experience with progressive responsibilities supporting sales growth
  • Proficient in reading and creating work instructions.
  • Strong teamwork orientation; works well with cross-functional departments and ability to build and maintain strong relationships; willingness to help larger team meet goals and responsibilities.
  • Ability to establish priorities and follow through on projects, paying close attention to detail and deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels within the organization, including Executive, management and individual contributors.
  • Must possess excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication, positive attitude and accountability.
  • Customer orientated, flexible, with the ability to take initiatives proactively.
  • Data management, report building and advanced Excel skills (such as formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc)
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Familiar with operating systems, such as Windows, etc.
