About the role – Service Technician
The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of various service and maintenance offerings of AAES PDS. This includes installation, repair, emergency breakdown and other maintenance services required by AAES customers within our product range.
Reporting to the Service Operations Manager, the role is responsible for:
- Install, repair and maintain all equipment under the AAES PDS service portfolio
- Conduct inspection and maintenance in accordance with Australian AS5007 Appendix E
- Complete and submit all required paperwork to an acceptable quality standard and within specified timelines
- Liaise with customers in relation to repairs and installation
- Liaise with Service Coordinators on any issues that may arise from sites or other works to ensure a timely resolution
Qualifications
- Knowledge of maintenance processes
- Geographic knowledge of city/state
- Technical understanding of auto doors
- Good digital competency and ability to use modern IT system
- Must have current driver's licence
