Regional Manager, NSW

ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems (Pedestrian) is a global leader in access solutions, renowned for our innovation, integrity, and commitment to quality.

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Regional Manager to lead our NSW operations across Sales, Service, and Projects – based at Wetherhill Park. This is a key transformational leadership role within our Executive Leadership Team, reporting directly to the Managing Director.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering engagement and accountability.
• Develop and implement strategies to win equipment and service business.
• Monitor performance targets and deliver on revenue, margin, and cost objectives.
• Ensure compliance with WHS regulations and company values.
• Collaborate with internal and global teams to enhance business execution.
• Promote brand presence and customer engagement through marketing and events.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field (preferred).
• Diversified & progressive work experience in Sales, Service and Projects is essential
• Experience with large-scale organisational change efforts & continuous improvement efforts.
• Experience with post integration activities, driving efficiencies and cultural transformation.
• Must have experience within a blue-collar environment, leading industrial relations activities
• Demonstrated metric improvements through strong strategy development & deployment skills, credibility across functions
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of team development and engagement.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong organizational skills.
