What you would do as our Team Lead, Product Management

This role offers you a great opportunity to act as the heart of our product management operations, ensuring that our team has everything they need to succeed in their work. You would have a direct impact on the quality of our product processes and the smooth collaboration between our different departments.

Reporting to the Director and Head of Product, 9Solutions, you would lead the day-to-day operations of the Product Management team, ensuring that our workflows are efficient and that every team member is aligned with our shared goals.

Although 9Solutions is part of the global ASSA ABLOY Group, you would be working in a close-knit Oulu-based team where collaboration and a warm, supportive atmosphere are part of everyday life.

You would also:

• Lead and coordinate a team of Product Managers, ensuring clear priorities and a supportive team environment.

• Develop and streamline our product management processes and tools to ensure high-quality delivery and continuous improvement.

• Maintain the product roadmap and ensure it is communicated clearly to all relevant internal teams.

• Bridge the gap between R&D, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure that everyone is working toward a successful product launch.

• Support and mentor team members in their daily tasks, helping them solve problems and grow in their professional roles.

The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who has:

• Startegic and analytical thinking with a deep understanding of product lifecycles and market trends.

• Several years of experience in product management, ideally working with both software and hardware solutions.

• A natural ability to coordinate and organize tasks, ensuring that projects stay on track and deadlines are met.

• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across different business functions.

• A solution-oriented mindset and the willingness to help others succeed in their work.

• Excellent communication skills in Finnish and English.

Ideally, you would also have experience working in regulated environments or with compliance‑driven products, as this is considered a significant advantage. Experience with healthtech, IoT, or B2B SaaS solutions, familiarity with agile development practices, and an understanding of UX or service design principles are also highly valued.
