Your role in Keeping the Future in Safe Hands
What you would do as our Product Manager (Market Expansion & Localization)
The role offers you a unique opportunity to shape our international growth by ensuring our solutions are perfectly tailored and compliant for diverse global markets. You would have a direct impact on how successfully we enter and scale in new geographic regions.
Reporting to the Team Lead Product Management, you would be responsible for ensuring that our products are market-ready, compliant, and competitive across multiple regions. Your focus would be on aligning global product direction with local market demands and regulatory frameworks.
Although 9Solutions is part of the global ASSA ABLOY Group, you would be working in a close-knit Oulu-based team where collaboration and a warm, supportive atmosphere are part of everyday life.
You would also
- Drive structured market entry assessments and readiness planning for new countries and regions.
- Support tenders and customer engagements with market-specific product information.
- Ensure market requirements are clearly documented and aligned with portfolio priorities.
- Identify, document, and manage regulatory and compliance requirements impacting products in target markets.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Success to ensure successful market launches and support customer engagements.
The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who has:
- Proven experience in product management or a closely related role. Ideally working with both software and hardware solution.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills in Finnish and English.
- A proactive, curious mindset with the ability to make clear decisions in changing environments.
Ideally, you would also have experience with healthtech, IoT, or B2B SaaS solutions, along with familiarity with agile development practices and an understanding of UX or service design principles.
