Join our Global Offering team and play a key role in shaping a newly established international business unit. As Manager Finance & Control Global Offering, you will help build a strong financial foundation for future growth while supporting strategic decision-making across the business. 

Working closely with business leaders, local management teams, and Business Area Finance, you will influence how the organization develops, performs, and grows. As a member of the Global Offering leadership team, you will bring financial insight and business perspective to some of our most important decisions. This is a permanent, full-time position with a flexible hybrid working model. The role can be based close to an ASSA ABLOY office within Continental Europe. This position reports to Martin Reidevall, Head of Global Offering. 

What you would do as our Manager Finance & Control Global Offering 

As Manager Finance & Control Global Offering, you will lead the financial agenda across the business unit and help create the structures, processes, and insights needed to support sustainable growth. You will act as a trusted business partner to the leadership team and play an important role in shaping the future of Global Offering. 

You would also: 

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, reporting, cash-flow management, and performance follow-up. 
• Provide financial insights and analysis that support strategic and commercial decision-making. 
• Develop common finance processes, governance, and reporting practices across the business. 
• Build and develop finance capabilities that support a growing international organization. 
• Lead and support finance resources while ensuring high standards in accounting, controlling, compliance, and audit activities. 

The skills and experience you need 

You are a collaborative and business-oriented finance leader who combines strategic thinking with a practical, hands-on approach. You enjoy creating clarity, improving performance, and working closely with stakeholders across functions, countries, and cultures. 

We are looking for someone who: 

• Has broad experience in finance leadership, business controlling, accounting, or a comparable senior finance role. 
• Understands financial planning, forecasting, reporting, cash-flow management, and performance analysis. 
• Translates financial data into clear insights and recommendations for business leaders. 
• Builds strong relationships and collaborates effectively across teams, functions, and countries. 
• Is fluent in spoken and written Finnish and English. 
• Balances strategic development with operational finance responsibilities. 
• Experience supporting business transformations, integrations, or finance-system harmonization would be an advantage.
