Your Role in Keeping the Future in Safe Hands…

As the Business Program Manager for Traka Americas, you will play a critical role in helping the organization translate strategic priorities into sustained business outcomes. This role is not about managing individual projects in isolation — it is about coordinating, influencing, and enabling change across multiple initiatives, teams, and geographies.

Reporting to the President of Traka Americas, you will work closely with a cross-functional Change Committee representing all major areas of the business. Your role is to help the organization stay focused on the priorities that matter most, ensure initiatives are aligned and moving forward, and step in to support execution where gaps or dependencies exist.

You will operate primarily through influence, collaboration, and structure, partnering across Traka Americas and with global KAM or ASSA ABLOY stakeholders where applicable to ensure change is understood, adopted, and delivering intended value to the business and our customers.

Why This Role Matters…

This role exists to help Traka move faster, stay aligned, and deliver meaningful results - not by adding layers, but by connecting people, priorities, and execution. The Business Program Manager will act as a force multiplier for the business, helping ensure that change efforts translate into real, sustained impact.

What you will do…

Change Program Leadership

  • Own and maintain a clear, integrated view of enterprise change initiatives, priorities, and dependencies.
  • Partner with business leaders to ensure initiatives align with strategic objectives and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Help teams stay focused on what matters most, escalating risks, conflicts, or misalignment early.

Cross-Functional & Committee Collaboration

  • Act as a key facilitator and coordinator for the Change Committee, ensuring effective communication, decision-making, and follow-through.
  • Work across functions including Operations, Marketing, Finance, IT, Sales, HR, and Global teams to align efforts and manage interdependencies.
  • Serve as a connector between regional and global initiatives where overlap or alignment is required.

Execution Support & Enablement

  • Step in to support execution where needed — including planning, coordination, documentation, communication, or problem-solving.
  • Partner with initiative owners to clarify scope, sequencing, and expectations.
  • Help remove blockers and keep initiatives moving forward.

Change Adoption & Readiness

  • Support stakeholder engagement, readiness, and adoption activities to ensure changes are understood and embedded.
  • Coordinate communication and enablement efforts in partnership with functional leaders.
  • Monitor progress and adoption indicators to assess whether change is delivering intended value.

Governance, Tracking & Transparency

  • Maintain program-level roadmaps, milestones, and status reporting.
  • Track progress across initiatives and provide clear visibility to leadership.
