What would you do as our Systems (QHSEI) Manager
As a Systems (QHSEI) Manager, you will lead and develop management systems across Traka Technology UK, with a focus on Quality, Health & Safety, Environmental, and Information Security standards. Reporting to the Quality Director (Global Operations), you will work closely with the UK Operations Director and regional business leaders to ensure global alignment, compliance, and best practices, while also supporting local operational needs.
You would also be responsible for:
• Driving the implementation and maintenance of ISO standards (9001, 14001, 27001, 45001) across global and UK sites, including audit readiness and compliance
• Leading QHSEI activities in the UK, including management reviews, stakeholder engagement, and acting as the main contact for BSI and certification bodies
• Supporting internal and external audits, ensuring effective governance, risk management, and continuous improvement of management systems
• Collaborating with global and local teams on quality, sustainability, and crisis management initiatives, including reporting and compliance frameworks
• Managing and developing Health & Safety leadership in the UK and ensuring adequate resources and capabilities across regions
The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who:
• Has strong experience managing QHSEI systems within an international or multi-site environment
• Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of ISO standards (9001, 14001, 27001, 45001) and audit processes
• Has experience working cross-functionally with stakeholders at different levels, including senior leadership
• Is comfortable operating in a hands-on role, balancing strategic oversight with operational execution
• Holds strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to drive compliance and change
Nice to have: NEBOSH certification and experience in manufacturing, technology, or engineering environments.
