What you would do as one of our Product Marketing Manager

 

 

As our Product Marketing Manager, you will be part of the Product Management team and play a critical role in the success of our solutions by developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives for our chosen sectors. You will be responsible for understanding market trends, customer needs and pain points, and competitive landscapes to drive the positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for our products. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and strong execution skills to effectively promote our products and drive growth.

  

This exciting opportunity is a hands-on role in a fast-paced B2B technology company, with customers ranging from SMEs to large enterprises across multiple vertical sectors. It is a demanding environment where collaboration with internal stakeholders with high expectations is vital and will be gained through trust, sharing of knowledge, solid plans, open communication and timely delivery. Accurate and enticing content and the ability to demonstrate the ROI of marketing activity are going to be key to success in this role.

You would also:

 

  • Conduct market research to shape buyer personas and gather insights for product positioning.
  • Develop compelling product positioning and clear value propositions tailored to different segments.
  • Execute go-to-market strategies and ensure alignment across cross-functional teams.
  • Create high-quality marketing collateral and collaborate on resonant messaging frameworks.
  • Develop sales materials and provide resources for effective communication and training.

 

The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience in B2B technology product marketing, including hardware and software solutions.
  • Proven success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies in similar sectors.
  • Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and market research.
  • Excellent communication skills to translate complex information into impactful messages, collaborate across departments, and work closely with sales teams.
