What would you do as our Finance Business Partner   

As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving the financial success of the organisation by providing strategic financial insights and recommendations through a period of continued growth. You will be able to showcase your experience in developing financial forecasting by considering business trends, market conditions and strategic goals. In this role you will also be able to drive the efficiency of our organisations by identifying cost saving opportunities  

You would also:

  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and refine the company's strategic plan.
  • Analyse the financial impact of strategic initiatives and provide recommendations for their implementation as well as identifying trends, opportunities, risks.
  • Regularly monitor actual financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and variance analysis.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions that may impact financial projections.

The skills and experience you need

We are looking for someone who has:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field along with an ACA, ACCA, CIMA.
  • Experience in financial planning and analysis or as a finance business partner in a matrix organisation.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools.
  • Knowledge of financial accounting principles and reporting standards.
  • Experience with financial software (e.g., SAP, Smartview, HFM).
