Digital Operations Specialist

Do you have the technical knowledge and ability to play a vital role in our customer experience, supporting our digital content, and ensuring that best practices and standards are followed? Become a part of the ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions Key and Asset Management (KAM) business unit and enjoy a culture that empowers you to build a career you can be proud of.

What you would do as our Digital Operations Specialist
As a Digital Operations Specialist you will be hands-on, developing, implementing and monitoring digital activity as well as supporting the overall business strategy to meet agreed company objectives and ensure delivery of the business plan targets. Reporting to the Head of Customer Experience, you’ll help with the set-up, page creation, execution and support the success of automation and workflows through Salesforce & AEM and other integrated platforms.

You would also:
• Contribute to the company’s digital strategy in alignment with commercial excellence priorities and broader marketing and business objectives. This includes updating core content and managing digital platforms such as AEM, SEO, and Analytics, while ensuring data management practices in Salesforce comply with GDPR standards.
• Implement content and support the development of the customer-facing Salesforce Experience Cloud portal, while also ensuring that KAM digital platforms deliver consistent user experience. This involves collaborating with ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions (AAGS) to develop future-ready solutions that prioritize accessibility and responsive design.
• Assist in the development of integrated digital campaigns using content provided by regional marketers. Support regional marketing teams with essential tools, templates, and best practices, and manage the rollout of translated content across platforms as needed.
• Review and benchmark site performance, take corrective actions when necessary and provide support for KAM branding tools such as BrandWorkz to maintain brand consistency and effectiveness across digital touchpoints.
• Coordinate with internal departments, external agencies, and customers/partners to ensure timely delivery of digital marketing support, collateral, and activities. Perform additional duties as required by management.

The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who:
• Has 2+ years of proven experience as a website and development specialist supporting digital operations in fast-paced technology environments. Demonstrates a strong background in frontend development, execution, monitoring, and optimization of websites and email campaigns, with a focus on user experience, accessibility, and compliance.
• Is skilled in development and design, including landing page creation and conversion rate optimization (CRO). Adept at optimizing content and created by other departments and experienced in managing and structuring data across various CMS platforms such as Salesforce Communities, AEM, and Sitecore.
• Is technically proficient with HTML, CSS, CMS systems, and SEO/PPC strategies. Maintains a strong awareness of the latest trends in digital marketing, enabling technologies, and standards, always with a user-centric approach.
• Has a strong advocate for data-driven decision-making, using analytics tools such as Matomo, Google Analytics, and Search Console to monitor, evaluate, and refine marketing activities. Experienced in using and segmenting CRM data to drive and track personalized, targeted automated communications.
• Is highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent planning, time management, and problem-solving skills. Brings strong written and verbal communication abilities in English, effective interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration, and a passion for delivering high-quality work the first time, ensuring internal alignment and clarity.

Moreover, it would be a strong advantage if the candidate has web application development experience using JavaScript and integrating APIs. Familiarity with managing and organizing content within content management systems such as Salesforce Communities, AEM, or Optimizely is also highly desirable. Additionally, hands-on experience with various email marketing platforms and automation tools like Campaign Monitor or Pardot would be beneficial. The ability to deliver training sessions effectively is another valuable asset.
