We are a leading manufacturer and supplier of high-quality Roller Shutter Doors for commercial and specialist vehicles applications across the UK. We are looking for a motivated Sales & Operations Administrator to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity to become a key part of the business, supporting both our sales and operational functions to ensure an excellent customer experience from enquiry through to delivery.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing customer enquiries via phone and email.
- Preparing quotations and processing customer orders.
- Coordinating with manufacturing and installation teams.
- Monitoring orders and keeping customers informed of progress.
- Supporting stock control, purchasing, and supplier communication.
- Maintaining accurate records and business systems.
- Providing administrative support across the sales and operations teams.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in sales administration, customer service, or operations support.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Confident using Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to prioritise workload in a busy environment.
Experience within manufacturing, engineering, construction, or industrial sectors would be advantageous but is not essential.
