We are looking for a Technical Keying & Coding Specialist to play a critical role in delivering secure, compliant and high-quality restricted keying solutions across Australia.

This is a hands-on specialist role where your technical expertise will directly support some of the country’s most secure keying systems.

You will help protect the integrity of high-security key systems, supporting customers and teams to achieve reliable, compliant and effective security outcomes.

What you’ll be doing

  • Design and maintain restricted and master key systems
  • Manage keying data in ProMaster and approved platforms
  • Provide expert support on complex keying and coding enquiries
  • Troubleshoot technical system and keying equipment issues
  • Ensure compliance with security, authorisation and quality standards
  • Partner with Customer Service, Sales and Operations teams
  • Identify improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency

About you

You are a detail-oriented technical specialist who enjoys solving complex challenges and delivering accurate, high-quality outcomes.

 

To be successful in this role, you'll have

 

  • Experience with restricted and master key systems
  • Strong knowledge of ProMaster or a similar key management system
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confidence managing complex technical enquiries and customer requirements
  • Experience within security, manufacturing, or regulated industries (desirable)
  • Locksmithing experience or qualifications (desirable)
