Project Management Office Manager

     

 

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a PMO Manager to lead and grow our Project Management Office within Product Development. This is a key role where you’ll bring structure, consistency and visibility across a portfolio of projects, while building the capability of the PMO function.

The Role

As PMO Manager, you’ll lead project governance, standards and reporting, while supporting end-to-end delivery across product development.

You will:

  • Oversee project delivery to ensure timelines, scope and budgets are met
  • Establish consistent PMO frameworks, tools and ways of working
  • Lead portfolio reporting, risk tracking and stakeholder updates
  • Coordinate resource planning and capacity across projects
  • Support prioritisation and roadmap planning at portfolio level
  • Mentor and develop project leaders and build a high-performing PMO team
  • Work closely with engineering teams on product development programs

 

What You Bring

  • Experience leading or working within a PMO environment
  • Background delivering complex, cross-functional projects
  • Strong understanding of project governance, reporting and planning
  • Experience with resource planning and portfolio coordination
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive accountability
  • Exposure to product development environments (engineering or manufacturing preferred)
  • Tertiary qualification in Project Management, Engineering or similar (or equivalent experience)
