About the Role

This role exists to provide specialist expertise across keying and coding systems, ensuring secure, compliant and accurate access solutions for customers and stakeholders.

Working closely with Customer Service, Sales, Operations, Manufacturing and Product teams, you'll help deliver reliable outcomes while maintaining high standards of security, compliance and operational efficiency.

As a recognised technical expert, you'll contribute to the integrity of keying systems, support continuous improvement initiatives and help ensure a consistent national approach to key system management.

What you'll be responsible for

In this role, you'll:

  • Design and maintain restricted and master key systems to meet customer and compliance requirements.
  • Validate technical specifications and system configurations before release.

About You

You're someone who takes pride in getting the details right and understands the importance of accuracy in environments where security, compliance and customer outcomes matter.

You enjoy analysing problems, identifying practical solutions and working collaboratively with a broad range of stakeholders. You'll be comfortable balancing technical requirements with customer expectations and confident making decisions within established frameworks.

Most importantly, you'll bring a genuine passion for quality, continuous improvement and delivering trusted outcomes.

Skills and Experience

To be successful, you'll bring:

  • Experience designing and supporting restricted and master key systems.
  • Strong knowledge of ProMaster or comparable key management software.
