About the role

We’re looking for a Creative Designer to join our in-house Marketing team and help bring our brand, campaigns, and products to life through high-quality visual design.

This role plays a key part in translating brand and marketing strategy into engaging creative across digital, print, eCommerce, retail, and internal channels. You’ll work closely with marketing, eCommerce, product, and sales teams to deliver creative that is on-brand, fit-for-purpose, and delivered at pace.

Key responsibilities

  • Design and produce high-quality creative assets across digital, print, social, eCommerce, campaigns, presentations, and internal communications
  • Develop creative concepts and executions that support marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches
  • Adapt and localise creative across multiple formats, channels, and audiences
  • Collaborate with marketing, eCommerce, product, and sales teams to translate briefs into effective visual solutions
  • Apply and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency and brand integrity
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Prepare artwork for production, ensuring technical accuracy and quality
  • Contribute ideas and creative approaches to support innovation and continuous improvement
  • Organise and manage creative assets within shared systems or DAM platforms

About you

You’re a hands-on Creative Designer who takes pride in delivering polished, on-brand work and enjoys working across a wide range of creative outputs.

You’ll bring:

  • Proven experience as a Creative Designer or Graphic Designer (in-house or agency)
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Experience designing for both digital and print channels
  • A solid understanding of branding, layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and organisation skills
  • The ability to interpret briefs and deliver practical, effective creative outcomes
  • Confidence working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with motion graphics, animation, video editing, or tools such as After Effects is advantageous but not essential.
