Job Description:

As a Factory Operative at Industrial Door Engineering, you will be a crucial part of our production team, responsible for crafting high-performance Roller Shutters. Your role will involve hands-on tasks related to the manufacturing process, ensuring the production of quality products within specified timelines. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manufacturing: Operate machinery and equipment in the production of Roller Shutters, following established procedures and safety guidelines.
  • Assembly: Assemble components, ensuring accuracy and precision in alignment, measurements, and product specifications.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to identify and rectify any defects, ensuring the final products meet our high-quality standards.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with team members and supervisors to maintain a smooth workflow and contribute to a positive and efficient working environment.
  • Adherence to Procedures: Follow standard operating procedures and guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance with quality and safety standards.

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly role is preferred.
