By joining our team, you will be part of the Supply Chain department. This department is responsible for ensuring the most optimal supply chain from supplying materials to manufacturing goods. You will be part of a close team of six professionals with whom you make the seemingly impossible possible. Within our challenging machine development and construction projects, you are part of several multidisciplinary project teams together with our Engineers, Mechanics and Project Managers. 

 

You support our success by
-    Translating technical product documentation to structured data in our ERP system (Isah);
-    Managing the outsourcing process of our high tech machine sections;
-    Coordinating preparatory work for machine and service projects;
-    Ordering materials and parts and ensuring timely deliveries from suppliers;
-    Analysing potential bottlenecks in (internal and external) logistical processes and implementing solutions in the field of sourcing and logistics;
-    Coordinating the planning in consultation with Project Managers, suppliers and partners;
-    Bringing the project team together to resolve technical product documentation issues;
-    Supporting our internal departments (Project Management, Assembly & Test and Finance). 

 

Your experience includes:
-    Higher educational degree in SCM or Industrial Engineering & Management;
-    Minimum of 3 years working experience in a similar position;
-    Experience in a technical environment and/or technical affinity; 
-    Experience with ERP systems (Isah preferred); 
-    Strong administrative background;
-    Ability to take control and achieve great results in dynamic projects;
-    Ability to take the lead during (technical) discussions;
-    Excellent written and spoken Dutch and English is required, additional languages are a plus;
-    Since this position might occasionally include (international) travel and fieldwork, you must possess or can acquire a valid passport.
