The Sales team consists of multicultural team members and is based in various regions. As a Sales Operations Officer, you are responsible for supporting the global team on sales and tender activities.

You support our success by:
- Supporting the Sales team on daily sales activities;
- Managing customer specific requests for samples in cooperation with the Sales Managers and Development Engineers;
- Ensuring the follow-up of tender processes in cooperation with the Bid Manager;
- Preparing and processing tender documentation;
- Managing proposals and contracts and ensuring the adequate processing of orders;
- Managing the creation and renewal of maintenance agreements;
- Attending weekly calls with the Sales team to align on resources and strategy;
- Collecting and analysing market developments and statistics for sales activities;
- Coordinating and organizing customer visits;
- Possibility to travel for conferences and meetings with customers;
- Taking ownership in servicing our customer demands.
Your experience includes:
- Higher educational degree in International Business Management or similar studies;
- Minimum of 2-3 years working experience with international customers;
- Commercial skills and customer / service-oriented approach;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Proactive and hands-on mentality Master Microsoft Office tools;
- Experience on CRM system is a plus;
- Ability to focus on details while maintaining an overview;
- Ability to think structurally as well as outside the box;
- Excellent written and spoken English is required, Dutch and additional languages are a plus.
