By joining our team, you will be part of the Operations department. This department is responsible for the day-to-day activities concerning the built, assembly and installation of our machines. On a daily basis, you will have multi-departmental contact to ensure our operations run smoothly.

 

You support our success by:

 

  • Being the ambassador for customers during each phase of the project (from sales to delivery);
  • Simultaneously running various projects in different phases and for different customers;
  • Managing the relationships with customers and visiting them 6-10 times per year;
  • Reaching an agreement regarding (technical) requirements;
  • Defining project plans and setting priorities based on the schedule;
  • Steering the project team towards a successful project realization by communicating with relevant stakeholders and paying attention to their needs and schedule;
  • Presenting progress and technical updates during (project) meetings;
  • Being responsible for optimizing the project management process.

 

Your experience includes:

 

  • Higher or academic educational degree in technical studies;
  • Several years working experience in managing customer projects;
  • Experience with international customers and machine installation on location is a plus;
  • Being a connector and being result driven;
  • Strong communication and planning skills;
  • Excellent written and spoken Dutch and English is required, additional languages are a plus;
  • Since this position includes (international) travel and fieldwork, you must possess or can acquire a valid passport.
