As our Manager, Finance and Control, you’ll support HID’s success by:
- Business Partnering & Stakeholder Liaison
Serve as key Finance partner to Business Area (BA) teams and Controllers
Act as the liaison between the BA and other HID and ASSA teams to coordinate priorities and outcomes
- Financial Planning, Close & Forecast Leadership
Provide financial leadership on monthly close, quarterly forecast, and annual plan cycles
Plan and direct actions and strategies based on evolving business requirements
- Analytics, KPIs & Decision Support
Interpret KPIs and architect analyses to drive informed change across the business
Provide financial insight to the VP of Finance and CFO, and support multiple ad hoc requests
- Process Architecture & Continuous Improvement
Design and optimize financial process architecture aligned to business objectives
Identify opportunities, secure buy-in, and drive implementation of process improvements
- Strategic Finance & Long‑Term Planning
Conduct strategic financial analyses to support long-term planning and investments
Translate data and insights into actionable plans that lead change
- M&A Integration & Restatement
Finance leader enabling acquisitions’ integration and restatement processes
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Best Practices
Proactively collaborate across multifunctional teams to create prioritization, focus, and global consistency of best practices
Your Experience and Background include:
- Strong sense of foresight; anticipates stakeholder needs and questions to present solutions
- Knows how to ‘look around the corner’—plans work in advance to reduce the need to course-correct
- Proven track record of setting priorities and delivering on commitments
- Naturally curious; able to simplify, chart the course, and prioritize complex issues
- Strong understanding of financial principles
- Advanced-level Excel and financial modeling skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of key BI and planning solutions/tools is a plus
