By joining our team, you will be part of the Operations department. Operations covers the departments: Project management, Supply Chain, Assembly & Testing and Service. The Director of Operations has to deal with a diversity of stakeholders, both within / from his own organization IAI and within / from the parent organization HID Global.


You support our success by: 
-    As a member of the management team, co-drafting the long-term vision for the business strategy and its translation in the field of Operations and Service.
-    Translating the business strategy into long and short term plans, and KPIs for the various Operations departments and Service.
-    Managing the Operational and Service departments.
-    Defining, initializing and managing improvement projects. 
-    Optimizing of business processes in the field of Operations, Supply Chain & Service
-    Establishing and realizing departmental objectives as a derivative of the company objectives.
-    Reporting and collecting various KPI's to the corporate organization


Your experience includes:       
-    Higher or academic educational degree in technical studies;
-    Minimum of 3-5 years working experience in managing customer projects;
-    Experience with international customers and machine installation on location is a plus;
-    Being a connector and being result driven; 
-    Excellent written and spoken Dutch and English is required, additional languages are a plus;
-    Since this position includes (international) travel and fieldwork, you must possess or can acquire a valid passport.
