Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IAM Engineer to join our global team. This role demands expertise in managing domain admin roles and global admin roles, ensuring the security and efficiency of our identity and access management (IAM) systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IAM, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
You will be responsible for ensuring that our company's IT systems and infrastructure are working optimally and that users have access to the tools and services they need to perform their work efficiently. You will also play an important role in implementing new technical solutions and improving existing systems to meet the company's business goals.
You will work in close collaboration with the whole IAM team and great people in our tech and business functions. The hire will include communicating and developing of the service together with Enterprise IT. The position requires that you have experience in IAM systems and IAM processes and concepts such as access provisioning, RBAC, Access Management, PAM Platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and Support IAM Systems:
- Oversee the management and maintenance of IAM systems, including user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access controls.
- Manage and administer domain admin and global admin roles to ensure secure and efficient access management.
- Implement and enforce IAM policies, standards, and procedures.
- Create and maintain documentation for system configurations and processes.
- Demonstrate enterprise-level skills in IAM technologies, including expert skills in Active Directory, Entra ID, and other depending on services to IAM.
- Manage the systems to ensure that all systems are delivered on time and within budget.
- Manage service delivery escalations and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Global Collaboration:
- Work closely with global teams to ensure seamless IAM operations across multiple regions.
- Provide call-back support to address critical IAM issues and incidents in a timely manner.
Security and Compliance:
- Monitor IAM systems for potential security threats and vulnerabilities.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to IAM.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to maintain the integrity and security of IAM systems.
Project Management:
- Lead and participate in IAM-related projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IAM solutions that meet business requirements.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in IAM administration, with a focus on domain admin and global admin roles.
- Minimum of 5 years as Domain Administrator in an Enterprise Company
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in IAM technologies and tools (e.g., Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, SailPoint).
- Strong understanding of security protocols, authentication methods, and access controls.
- Experience with scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell, Python) is a plus.
- Strong understanding in federation technologies (e.g., ADFS, Enterprise Applications, App registration)
- Knowledge about the PKI concept
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
- ITIL certification is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
