Location: Candidates must live and call on the New England area

Key areas you will contribute to the role include:
Customer service/inside sales:
• Customer relations.
• Issue management (expedites, RGA’s, CCF’s, etc.)
• Maintain contact and drive revenue by managing Inside Sales Outreach Program target accounts.
• Lead sharing.
• Coordinate team efforts to offer get brands approved for project work driving our substitution request process.
Sales operations:
• Customer data and database updates and management.
• Lead generation process management.
• Salesforce power user.
• Sales revenue allocation and reporting.
• Monthly sales reports.
Event management:
• Internal and external training event coordination.
• Fleet (MIS) event coordination.
• Trade show coordination.
• Meeting/event management.
• Lead distribution and follow-up (in conjunction with outside sales teams).
Secondary focus areas:
• Back-up for all duties related to the Administrator, Pricing and Quoting role.
• Other duties as assigned.
Education and/or experience:
• Your background includes a College/University degree (preference for business administration or a similar field,), or have work experience commensurate with, minimum high school/GED diploma.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience with CRM, reporting, and contact management tools.
• Working knowledge of industry-related softwares is a plus.
• You have a can-do, entrepreneurial spirit.
• You are a strong communicator.
• You have the ability to organize broad information from numerous sources into cohesive and effective content and reports.
• You are detail-oriented, organized, and have strong follow-up habits.

The wage range for this role considers a broad scope of factors that are considered when making compensation decisions. Pay within each range is based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, to primary work job-related knowledge, skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications, business requirements, geographic location and other business and organizational needs. This salary range is a reasonable estimate for this position at the time of posting.
