Recruiter / Rotational Program Leader
We are seeking a dynamic and organized HR professional to lead recruitment efforts and manage our Rotational Development Program. This position focuses on attracting top talent, fostering early-career growth, and aligning program objectives with organizational goals. The ideal candidate thrives on collaboration, relationship-building, and creating exceptional candidate and employee experiences.
This positions sits onsite in New Haven, CT.
What will you be doing?
Recruitment:
- Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to develop tailored recruitment strategies across functions, including finance, IT, engineering, supply chain, sales, marketing, etc.
- Source, engage, and assess candidates to build a robust talent pipeline
- Lead university and community outreach efforts, representing the organization at career fairs, on-campus presentations, and networking events
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless candidate experience
- Champion employer branding and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in all talent acquisition efforts
- Build and maintain relationships with leadership, HR, managers, and cross-functional teams to identify talent needs
Rotational Program Management:
- Oversee Rotational Development Program for new or recent graduates, aligning with business needs and participants’ career goals
- Coordinate rotation assignments in collaboration with leadership and functional teams
- Create structured learning, mentorship, and performance evaluation processes to foster participant development
- Track program performance through metrics and feedback, driving continuous improvement
- Serve as the primary contact for program participants, supporting their engagement and retention
- Plan and execute onsite presentations, workshops, and engagement events for prospective recruits and program participants
- Lead internal communication efforts to promote program initiatives and celebrate successes
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment and/or program management
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment
- Familiarity with campus recruitment and early career development programs a plus
- A results-driven mindset with a “roll-up-your-sleeves” attitude and a competitive spirit
Preferred Skills

Recruitment background in Information Technology/Engineering is highly preferred
