Project Coordinator

We’re expanding our Commercial Segment and seeking to hire a Project Coordinator to support our PERSONA / EAC Security Solutions team. This role will contribute to growth, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence by managing the business activity of our OEM partners as it relates to our intelligent lock portfolio. The ideal candidate is highly personable, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
This position will sit onsite full-time in New Haven, CT and report to the Director of Operations.
What you will be doing:
- Manage project activity for top OEM partners in the Electronic Access Control (EAC) space.
- Coordinate with DSS sales, support technicians, operations, OEM dealers, and end users to ensure seamless project execution.
- Fulfill orders using JD Edwards (ERP), including sales, purchase, and RGA orders.
- Oversee professional services resources (e.g., installation teams) for specific projects.
- Provide customer service support related to project activity.
- Track and report on business activity and project performance.
- Support cross-functional collaboration to ensure project timelines, deliverables, and customer expectations are met.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing or project coordination role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in JD Edwards or similar ERP systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- PMP certification is a plus.
- Familiarity with electromechanical or access control hardware is a strong advantage.
