The Jr. Pricing Analyst will report to the National Pricing Manager and interact primarily with the National Pricing Manager along with Regional Pricing Managers, Business Development and Sales Teams daily. We will provide mentorship and training to the candidate who displays the aptitude and desire to learn such as the mechanics of evaluating project quotations in a complex B2B environment along with other pricing tools used to drive growth, value, and profitability.


Specific responsibilities include:

  • ​Understanding the impact of decisions within Price management utilizing various tools and software applications such as Power BI.
  • Heavy emphasis placed on B2B Quote Management and working within established processes, guidelines, and policies.
  • Learning to assess data from a variety of sources to gain insights into pricing strategies and market trends including competitor pricing to inform discount decisions.
  • Communicate complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Utilize JD Edwards ERP system to support Pricing initiatives.
  • Assist with special projects that require coordination and tracking.
  • Perform other duties and projects as needed. 

What we are looking for:

This role requires a high degree of diligence, accuracy, and attention to detail. Other requirements include:

  • Associates or bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Marketing, Pricing, Statistics or related fields.
  • 1-2 years’ experience working in a high-energy, dynamic environment with one or more of the following functions: Commercial Finance, Commercial Planning, Pricing, business-focused IT or Analytics.
  • Experience working with an ERP system; JD Edwards preferred. Will train.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) with advanced use of Excel.
  • Possess some experience or working knowledge of sales reporting tools such as Business Objects, JDE, Power BI or SharePoint
  • Project management experience is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
