E-Business Product Information Specialist – Accessories Group

Introduction:
We are seeking a dynamic E-Business (Commerce) Product Specialist to join our team. This role requires a blend of technical savvy and commercial acumen, aimed at enhancing our product information tools and delivering a superior online customer experience. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in developing and executing a comprehensive online strategy, maintaining our e-business product catalog, and managing our Product Information Management (PIM) and Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems. Responsibilities:
- Oversee the design, development, and ongoing enhancement of our e-business product catalog, ensuring optimal user experience and brand consistency
- Act as the primary user of PIM and DAM systems, managing product data and digital assets
- Define PIM structures to effectively distribute content across various channels
- Liaise with internal data stewards to maintain high data quality standards and consistency across all platforms
- Address data inquiries from customers and other stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate responses
- Oversee the backlog of internal and external user requirements, prioritizing as necessary
- Support technical teams in data migration and integration, providing testing and operational assistance
- Produce and analyze reports to monitor data quality, consistency, and utilization
- Manage content updates across multiple platforms, streamlining processes for efficiency
- Aid in the configuration and management of tools such as product configurators and selectors
- Develop and provide training materials for PIM and DAM system end-users
- Offer user support for the PIM system, handling requests and managing user administration
- Take on project management duties for significant initiatives as required
Minimum Requirements:
- Proficiency in product information management systems and best practices
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in eCommerce, website/portal management, or related fields
- Proven track record in managing eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, project management, and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
- BA or BS degree or equivalent
Nice to Haves:
- Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira and Confluence, and/or Assana)
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS
- Experience in collaboration with development teams
- Technical understanding of B2B e-Business solutions (marketplaces, EDI flows, etc.)
