Manager, Business Development, SARGENT & Corbin Russwin
As Manager, Business Development, SARGENT & Corbin Russwin, your role is to lead the SARGENT & Corbin Russwin brands requiring active engagement with sales, marketing, product management and operation teams. Your responsibility will include covering (2) regions of the country. You will report to the Senior Director, Business Development, Access & Egress Hardware Group.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute growth strategies for the SARGENT & Corbin Russwin brands
- Work with operations and other teams to achieve P&L goals for SARGENT & Corbin Russwin
- Work closely with the sales team to align brand strategies with day-to-day sales activity
- Work closely with product management on new products, product quality and market positioning
- Work closely with marketing to develop SARGENT & Corbin Russwin materials that support the sales team
- Work with Customer Service, Tech Support, DSS and customers to improve SARGENT & Corbin Russwin’s NPS score
- Steering committee member on several key SARGENT & Corbin Russwin initiatives
- Participation in trade shows such as SHDA, MSC etc.
- Developing a strong SARGENT & Corbin Russwin communication program for both sales teams and customers

- Sales Growth; SARGENT & Corbin Russwin
- EBIT & Cash flow performance: SARGENT & Corbin Russwin
- Performance on critical KPI’s

- University level degree, preferably in business discipline
- Proven sales and marketing skills and strong customer focus

- Knowledge of Electronic Access Control products
