Position Summary

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Technical Executive to provide installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and after-sales technical support for sensor doors, access control systems, and other access solutions. The role requires effective coordination with customers, sales teams, and technical management to resolve product issues, conduct site assessments, recommend suitable solutions, and ensure seamless product performance. The incumbent will be responsible for managing service requests, escalating complex technical concerns, maintaining service documentation, and delivering a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and efficient support across the assigned region. Extensive travel is required as part of the role.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend technical complaints assigned by Technical Manager to rectify the on-site product issue
• Installation of sensor doors / access control system & demonstrate the working of the product for smooth operation & to enhance the user experience
• Initial site visits to recommend the appropriate & suitable product to the customer
• Escalate the unresolved product issue to the Technical Manager for the replacement of the malfunctioned product
• To fill the complaint report in accordance with the customer regarding product trouble-shooting & ensure to submit the same to the Technical Manager
• To take the feedback from the customer after work completion to evaluate customer satisfaction & valuable feedback.

Qualification & Experience

• Graduate
• Experience – 2-5yr.
• Previous experience in tech support or a similar job.
