Position Summary:
The position will lead and drive the expansion of the Specifications business focused on High-Net-Worth Clients (HNI) across India. This role is responsible for identifying, developing, and securing high-value projects with luxury residences, premium developers, and exclusive architectural firms. The incumbent will be accountable for building a robust HNI-focused sales pipeline, aligning product offerings to meet bespoke client requirements, and delivering revenue objectives through strategic engagement with key influencers and decision-makers.
Role & Responsibilities:
- HNI Market Development: Engage and build relationships with ultra-luxury project owners, premium developers, celebrity clientele representatives, luxury architects, high-end interior designers, and bespoke project consultants.
- End-to-End Project Engagement: Oversee the full sales cycle from project identification, product specification, and design consultation to order finalization, ensuring tailored solutions with ASSA ABLOY’s premium portfolio.
- Luxury Segment Product Focus: Promote and specify the complete range of ASSA ABLOY products suited for luxury and high-end projects, including premium mechanical, electromechanical, digital, glass, and designer hardware solutions.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a high-quality HNI project funnel in the CRM tool, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow-up to maximize conversion rates.
- Client Experience Excellence: Ensure personalized engagement and high-touch service standards for HNI clients, working closely with Regional Sales Teams to ensure flawless project execution.
- Market Intelligence: Gather and report insights on luxury market trends, competitor offerings, and evolving client preferences to influence product positioning and innovation.
- Brand Advocacy: Drive brand inclusion in project specifications and tender documents for luxury developments (ASSA ABLOY, Yale, ENOX, Union).
- Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with luxury real estate associations, exclusive developer forums, and premium industry events to increase visibility and generate qualified leads.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Product Management, Marketing, and Specification teams to develop segment-specific brochures, conduct “luxury design forums,” and represent the brand at select high-profile trade shows and exhibitions.
- Bespoke Solutioning: Address highly customized technical and design requirements by facilitating coordination between the client, technical teams, and product specialists.

- Proven track record in managing ultra-high-value client relationships.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with a strong network in the luxury real estate and architecture community.
- Strong customer focus and ability to deliver tailored solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Advanced MS Excel & PowerPoint skills with strong analytical capability.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related discipline.
- MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred.
- 10–12 years of experience in luxury/high-value project sales in related industries such as premium building materials, designer hardware, luxury interiors, or high-end home automation.
