What would you do as our Technical & Field Support Specialist
Based in Germany or Belgium. Responsible for providing technical assistance and in-the-field support to our HPD customers in Germany (main focus) BE, NL. This role requires expertise in high speed doors, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to effectively communicate technical information to diverse audiences. Looking for growing aggressively in Central Europe markets.
You would also:
- You provide technical support and assistance to partners in the indirect business segment regarding the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of high-speed doors
- You deliver technical training programs and materials for partners to enhance their product knowledge, installation skills, and troubleshooting capabilities
- You act as a liaison between partners and internal departments including sales, product development, and quality assurance to ensure effective communication and resolution of technical issues
The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who:
- You have at least 10 years of experience in a technical support and/or field installation of industrial products in a B2B environment
- You are a native German speaker with and an advanced level of English. Knowledge of any other language could be a plus, especially Dutch
- Experience in technical product support, especially in construction or building materials industry within a B2B market. Knowledge of high-speed doors will be a huge plus
- You are autonomous and flexible, and you can plan your days and weeks efficiently. You are home-based in Belgium or Germany and are prepared to travel up to 50% of your time
